Parasites - A Common Source of Belly Fat

It is often overlooked and rarely addressed properly but parasites, whether you like it or not, play an important role in your metabolism and therefore, how well your body can get rid of stomach fat.
Parasites often go undetected and enter  your gut via foods, water and even simple environmental exposure. The thing is that these parasites are extremely counter-productive to burning fat as they leech out all the important vitamins and minerals your body needs and replace it with toxic by-products. There are also dozens of different types of parasites and they originate from a variety of places. This includes meat products, exposure to bacteria, poorly filtered drinking water and many other places. The most common time of infection is whilst traveling overseas.
Be aware that this is a real problem and so often people will have this problem and not know (or not want to know) about it! But it makes a world of difference to help you get 6 pack abs if you can better absorb nutrients in your food and not have parasitic toxins pumped into your body.
