I know, the title of this post is misleading. Your metabolism is governed by chemicals. The metabolic processes are chemical processes which is all the more reason why your metabolism is so sensitive to outside chemicals. Xenoestrogens are chemical contaminants which act like estrogen in your body and so you end up with an estrogen dominant metabolism. BPA is one such "xenoestrogen" which has been shown to both trigger and stimulate two of the key biological mechanisms underlying obesity. The absolute best way to help your body out and prevent this estrogen dominance and other chemical contamination problems in your metabolism is this:
  • Always drink plenty of fresh, filtered water (I always stress the importance of this simple rule)
  • Eat cruciferous vegetables or cruciferous vegetable extract supplements
  • Exercise regularly
  • Keep synthetic chemical exposure to a minimum by making smart choices when buying products
Chemicals play such a vital role in helping you lose tummy fat and making sure you steer clear from hormonal imbalances caused by these invasive, synthetic substances will definitely give you a great advantage.
